Responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects within a program, ensuring workstreams are aligned and executed successfully. This senior role involves managing interdependencies, risks, and providing status updates to senior leadership.

Oversee planning, execution, governance, and delivery of multiple interconnected projects.
Manage project interdependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across workstreams.
Establish and maintain an integrated program roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Drive delivery excellence by monitoring milestones, budgets, quality standards, and resource utilization.
Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, and project managers to ensure program outcomes are achieved.
Facilitate decision-making and resolve cross-functional challenges that may impact delivery timelines.
Provide regular program status updates, reporting, and performance insights to senior leadership.
Ensure effective change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
Promote adherence to project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and organizational standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program execution and delivery outcomes.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in program, project, or delivery management.
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
Experience working with executive stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives.
Strong program and project management expertise.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams and business units.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Program Management Professional (PgMP)
PRINCE2 Practitioner
Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum Master, AgilePM)
