Ansvarsområden
- Perform general assembly and modifications of compressor packages, systems, and individual compressors.
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair assembled products.
- Train for assembly of various products and cross-train to other assembly lines.
- Utilize Company-approved manufacturing techniques and procedures.
- Ensure high standard of work for on-time delivery, performance, and quality.
- Report bill of material issues to Engineering.
- Document quality or performance problems using NCR Forms.
- Perform rigorous physical labor, including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and installing.
- Uphold 6S program standards by maintaining plant cleanliness.
- Complete daily and weekly safety compliance and 6S logs.
- Apply SafeStart safety training and adhere to the 'Safety First' policy.
Krav
- 2-5 years of technical training or equivalent experience.
- High School diploma with some technical training in mechanical and/or electrical systems.
- Forklift certification required.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a shop environment with exposure to all weather conditions.
- Willing to work overtime hours as necessary.
