The APJ Innovation and Engagement team seeks an Innovation Program Lead to drive customer impact through innovation experiences, blending Amazon's culture and AWS technology. This role involves facilitating executive sessions, developing AI-driven solutions, and building scalable engagement frameworks across 14 countries.

Ansvarsområden

Lead and facilitate executive-level innovation sessions focused on Amazon's culture (Working Backwards, customer obsession, bias for action).
Apply first-principles thinking to address customer challenges and translate them into actionable AI-driven solution pathways.
Own the customer journey beyond engagement, collaborating with field sales to drive solution adoption and accelerate time to production.
Design and implement scalable engagement frameworks, leveraging AI for process streamlining and insight capture.
Build capabilities to scale innovation experiences across top customers in the region, ensuring consistent quality and impact.
Develop strong operating interlocks with field sales, solutions architects, and partner organizations.
Codify successful patterns into playbooks, templates, and tooling for regional expansion.
Build next-generation content modules focused on generative AI, agentic systems, and applied AI.
Elevate the delivery experience by integrating AI for real-time content personalization and dynamic demonstrations.
Maintain a forward-looking content roadmap, monitoring industry signals and adapting offerings to evolving technology.

Krav

6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
Strong first-principles problem-solving ability for deconstructing ambiguous customer challenges.
Ability to apply AI/ML capabilities to solve business problems and drive transformation outcomes.
Engage both technical and business audiences on generative AI, agentic systems, and applied AI.
Track record of driving measurable customer business outcomes in partnership with field sales teams.

Experience operating across APJ markets with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances.
Consulting background with experience advising senior leaders on technology-led business transformation.
