I korthet

Sandvik is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a fixed-term contract to cover parental leave from December 2026 to March 2028. The role involves leading ER/IR matters, advising leaders on people issues, and implementing HR frameworks within a diverse operational environment in Jandakot, Western Australia.

Ansvarsområden

Lead all ER/IR matters, including investigations, grievances and case management
Advise leaders on performance, conduct and workplace issues
Advise on Enterprise Agreements, Awards and employment law
Coordinate employee representative meetings and consultation
Help implement Sandvik's ER/IR framework in 2027

Krav

Experience as a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or ER/IR specialist
Strong employee relations and industrial relations capability
Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex cases
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
A practical, solutions-focused approach and sound judgement
Experience supporting HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement
Must be able to secure valid work rights for employment in Australia
