Ansvarsområden
- Promote and safeguard IKEA culture by embodying IKEA values.
- Support recruitment activities, including screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist with the new hire onboarding process, including contract preparation and onboarding sessions.
- Support learning and development activities, including onboarding training.
- Maintain employee personal files and documents.
- Help organize company engagement events, festive celebrations, and activities.
- Contribute to HR projects and daily activities.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Krav
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a diploma or degree program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive and takes initiative in tasks and responsibilities.
- Able to support HR operations during weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Able to support business operations during peak periods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to commit to a full-time internship (5 days/week) for at least 6 months.
