This internship is for an active Bachelor or Master student expected to graduate from late 2027 onwards. The role supports Electrolux's Workday implementation, focusing on user experience testing, feedback collection, and communication activities. Ansvarsområden
- Support user experience testing activities to identify potential improvements.
- Coordinate employee engagement and adoption activities for the Workday implementation.
- Assist in preparing and distributing communications about system changes.
- Create and maintain adoption materials like quick reference guides and presentations.
- Prepare resources for change agents and key stakeholders.
- Track participation, engagement, and feedback metrics for adoption monitoring.
- Support user readiness assessments.
- Participate in workshops and project meetings, capturing actions and insights.
- Collaborate with HR and project team members to ensure a positive employee experience.
Krav
- Active Bachelor's or Master’s student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date December 2027 or later; must remain an active student throughout the internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Interest in HR technology, digital transformation, user experience, or change management.
- Ability to gather information, analyze feedback, and present findings clearly.
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Legal right to work in Sweden for the full internship duration without visa sponsorship.
Förmåner
- Monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students.
- Possibility of hosting a Bachelor or Master thesis project.
