Swedbank is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between business and technology in Stockholm. You will identify opportunities, design AI and automation solutions, build prototypes, and guide stakeholders through the AI landscape.

Ansvarsområden

Identify AI and automation opportunities across business areas
Facilitate discovery workshops and solution discussions
Design and prototype AI-driven solutions
Support implementation together with developers and architects
Promote adoption of AI technologies and best practices
Coach stakeholders and teams on AI capabilities and use cases

Krav

Experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
Knowledge of technologies such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, RPA, APIs, or intelligent document processing
Ability to translate business problems into technology solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Curiosity, pragmatism, and a passion for innovation
