Responsibilities
- Support user experience testing activities to identify potential improvements.
- Coordinate employee engagement and adoption activities for the Workday implementation.
- Assist in preparing and distributing communications about system changes.
- Create and maintain adoption materials like quick reference guides and presentations.
- Prepare resources for change agents and key stakeholders.
- Track participation, engagement, and feedback metrics for adoption monitoring.
- Support user readiness assessments.
- Participate in workshops and project meetings, capturing actions and insights.
- Collaborate with HR and project team members to ensure a positive employee experience.
Requirements
- Active Bachelor's or Master’s student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date December 2027 or later; must remain an active student throughout the internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in HR technology, digital transformation, user experience, or change management.
- Ability to gather information, analyze feedback, and present findings clearly.
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Legal right to work in Sweden for the full internship duration without visa sponsorship.
