Ansvarsområden
- Manage and validate HR data for quality, consistency, and transparency.
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards based on business needs.
- Translate HR requirements into functional system and reporting solutions.
- Support testing, releases, and enhancements of HR systems and reporting solutions.
- Identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, and automation.
- Provide functional support, documentation, and guidance to HR users.
Krav
- Experience or good knowledge within Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT, or Enterprise Reporting.
- Experience with enterprise applications and data, preferably within an HR environment.
- University degree or equivalent education in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems, IT).
- Fluent English.
- Experience with SAP-based HR applications and analytics solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors, Datasphere, SAC) or equivalent systems.
- Good skills in SQL and Excel.
- Knowledge of data modelling, data quality, and business analysis.
- Analytical capability and structured problem-solving.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.

Önskade kvalifikationer
- Additional education or training within Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT, or Enterprise Reporting.
- Good skills in Power BI.
- Understanding of SAP HR data models and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Knowledge of automation (e.g., Power Automate, scripting, AI-assisted reporting).
- Portuguese, Swedish, or German language skills.
