Ansvarsområden

Own operational performance, reliability, and service quality across EMEA and APAC.
Establish service management standards and practices, driving incident, problem, and service performance management.
Ensure effective service transition from product delivery into operations.
Build strong partnerships and act as the interface with Global Service Delivery teams.
Drive continuous improvement and operational cost optimization, ensuring service health visibility.

Krav

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience leading complex application and service operations.
Experience managing large operational organizations in multiple regions.
Strong understanding of enterprise-scale IT environments.
Experience building operational excellence organizations.
Experience leading regional or global service organizations.
Experience managing significant organizational change.
