Nordea is seeking a Head of Digital Resilience to lead the Digital Resilience team in NAM Portugal. This role involves overseeing third-party relationships, business continuity, technology adoption, and creating a robust AI governance framework.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, understanding of governance and resilience principles, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead and direct the Digital Resilience team, setting priorities and coordinating delivery across third-party oversight, business resilience, technology adoption, and AI governance.
- Oversee third-party relationships, with a focus on ICT-related arrangements and procurement.
- Manage business continuity planning and physical security processes.
- Support the Governance function through automation and AI adoption.
- Create a robust internal governance framework for AI implementation.
- Coordinate closely with Technology, Information Security, and ICT risk colleagues.
- Communicate material matters to stakeholders and escalate issues.
Krav
- Experience leading teams or cross-functional initiatives in governance, operational resilience, or related areas.
- Understanding of third-party governance, ICT-related arrangements, and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of business continuity planning and physical security governance.
- Ability to translate automation and AI opportunities into practical improvements.
- Understanding of the distinction between business governance, Information Security delivery, and independent second-line ICT risk management.
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation, and communication skills.
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Superior level English spoken and written.
