As Head of Cyber Defence Services at Saab IT, you will lead a critical area focused on protecting the company's digital assets through modern detection, response, and resilience capabilities. This leadership role involves defining strategy, developing teams, and operating robust cyber defence services to address evolving threats in complex IT environments, including cloud adoption.

Ansvarsområden

Lead, develop and engage employees within the Cyber Defence Services area.
Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Cyber Defence Services.
Develop and operate cyber defence services and supporting platforms.
Strengthen detection, response and threat intelligence capabilities.
Strengthen cyber defence platforms, tooling and engineering capabilities.
Enable modern security technologies, automation and Zero Trust capabilities.
Support secure cloud adoption and platform modernisation.
Build scalable security capabilities supporting Saab's IT environments.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and partners.

Krav

Academic degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
Extensive experience within cyber security, security operations, security engineering or security architecture.
Strong understanding of secure architecture and security-by-design principles.
Experience implementing modern security technologies and security platforms.
Understanding of Zero Trust, cloud security and automation.
Experience driving the development and modernisation of cyber security capabilities in complex environments.
Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
