Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and engage employees within the Cyber Defence Services area.
- Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Cyber Defence Services.
- Develop and operate cyber defence services and supporting platforms.
- Strengthen detection, response and threat intelligence capabilities.
- Strengthen cyber defence platforms, tooling and engineering capabilities.
- Enable modern security technologies, automation and Zero Trust capabilities.
- Support secure cloud adoption and platform modernisation.
- Build scalable security capabilities supporting Saab's IT environments.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and partners.
Requirements
- Academic degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
- Extensive experience within cyber security, security operations, security engineering or security architecture.
- Strong understanding of secure architecture and security-by-design principles.
- Experience implementing modern security technologies and security platforms.
- Understanding of Zero Trust, cloud security and automation.
- Experience driving the development and modernisation of cyber security capabilities in complex environments.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience from the defence industry is considered an advantage.
