Saab is seeking a Head of Customer Training to lead a world-class team in Gothenburg, Sweden. Ansvarsområden
- Lead and develop a team of trainers delivering radar operation and maintenance training worldwide.
- Drive process development and digitalization within the training area.
- Coach and develop team members on an individual level.
- Implement continuous improvements in methods, processes, and course content.
- Support trainers on- and off-site to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Build and maintain internal networks to advocate for the team's needs.
- Represent Customer Training across Saab as the team's spokesperson.
Krav
- Confident and inclusive leader who builds trust and encourages collaboration.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in people.
- Experience within training, education, or learning environments.
- Previous leadership experience as a manager, with a proven ability to coach, motivate, and empower others.
- A technical engineering degree or a military background.
- Experience leading change and business development initiatives, particularly within digitalization and transformation.
- Ability to build commitment and guide teams through change.
- Experience of leading distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Strong interest in developing both people and organizations.
- Experience from defense, security, or other technically advanced industries.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential.
- Ability to pass a security vetting.
