Perform Goods Flow operation tasks in the assigned area using IKEA systems and equipment.
Achieve efficient goods flow process and data integrity to maximize stock accuracy.
Contribute to an optimized daily goods flow operation in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way.
Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines and support colleagues in preventing incidents.

Krav

Interest in home furnishing, customer needs, and the IKEA product range.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in the retail industry.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and organize tasks.
Good attention to details to achieve accuracy.
Flexibility and adaptability to unpredictable situations and changes.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Forklift Certification or relevant skills and expertise in forklift operation is a plus.
Quick learner who knows how to ask questions when something is unclear.
