- Perform Goods Flow operation tasks in the assigned area using IKEA systems and equipment.
- Achieve efficient goods flow process and data integrity to maximize stock accuracy.
- Contribute to an optimized daily goods flow operation in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way.
- Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines and support colleagues in preventing incidents.
Requirements
- Interest in home furnishing, customer needs, and the IKEA product range.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in the retail industry.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and organize tasks.
- Good attention to details to achieve accuracy.
- Flexibility and adaptability to unpredictable situations and changes.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift Certification or relevant skills and expertise in forklift operation is a plus.
- Quick learner who knows how to ask questions when something is unclear.
