Ansvarsområden
- Lead the global commercial ramp-up of ABB’s Electrical Signal Analysis (ESA) monitoring solution.
- Drive market adoption and establish the product across Local Sales Units (LSUs) and sales channels worldwide.
- Define and execute the global ESA product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plan.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and executive communications.
- Drive global sales growth and market expansion, working directly with customers, strategic accounts, and local sales units.
- Enable and optimize sales performance through training, sales enablement initiatives, pipeline reviews, KPI tracking, and proactive removal of commercial barriers.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
Krav
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in industrial technology, condition monitoring, or related fields
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth in global or multi-regional roles
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels
- Willingness to travel internationally and engage directly with customers and sales teams
