Alfa Laval seeks a Global Product & Application Expert for their San Bonifacio site. This role involves supporting sales companies, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving product validation projects within the heating or HVAC industry. The ideal candidate has a technical background, a few years of experience, and fluent English communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

Responsible for troubleshooting for more complex issues at customer site as well as internally.
Drive product and process validation projects.
Provide input and support for trainings.
Provide inputs for EPD, NPD and product concept development related to the complete product lifecycle.
Provide input on legislation and design standards.

Krav

Technical background with a scientific school and preferably an engineering degree.
A couple of years of experience in a technical support role (training experience is also well appreciated).
Experience within the Heating or HVAC industry.
Successful track record based on supportive behavior in combination with excellent communication skills.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Understanding of how to work in a cross-functional organization.
