Ansvarsområden
- Support R&D technical product owners and customer projects by providing functional safety and product safety expertise.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop safety concepts, and manage safety documentation.
- Ensure implementation of safety requirements in automation development projects.
- Understand and apply functional safety standards, machinery safety regulations, and CE marking requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging EU regulations such as the Cyber Resilience Act and their impact on product development.
- Cooperate with the Product Compliance organization covering product safety, cybersecurity, sustainability, and compliance.
Krav
- Relevant technical education (e.g., bachelor's or master's degree in engineering).
- Solid technical background.
- Experience or strong motivation to grow in functional safety, product safety, automation, machinery safety, or autonomous industrial equipment.
- Clear communication in English (verbally and in writing).
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with mining, software-intensive products, technical documentation, CE marking, safety lifecycle activities, or product compliance is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle practices or cybersecurity-related product regulation is beneficial.
- Finnish and other languages are considered an advantage.
- Curious, systematic, and motivated to help build safe and compliant automation products.
- Ability to work proactively, systematically, and independently in a fast-changing business environment.
- Motivation to learn, take ownership, and get things done within tight timeframes.
