Responsibilities
- Responsible for troubleshooting for more complex issues at customer site as well as internally.
- Drive product and process validation projects.
- Provide input and support for trainings.
- Provide inputs for EPD, NPD and product concept development related to the complete product lifecycle.
- Provide input on legislation and design standards.
Requirements
- Technical background with a scientific school and preferably an engineering degree.
- A couple of years of experience in a technical support role (training experience is also well appreciated).
- Experience within the Heating or HVAC industry.
- Successful track record based on supportive behavior in combination with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Understanding of how to work in a cross-functional organization.
