The Global Product Administrator in Gdansk is responsible for managing and ensuring the quality of global product masterdata. Ansvarsområden

Drive end-to-end product data management: creation, changes, and delisting of items in 3DX/SAP.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with governance standards for product data.
Collaborate with Markets and Product Managers to deliver product data updates and projects.
Ensure delivery of Product Masterdata KPIs by identifying and correcting issues.
Coordinate product masterdata clean-up activities and system data alignment.
Provide a high level of service and build strong collaboration amongst stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement through process optimization and project participation.
Handle tasks assigned by manager.

Krav

Background in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in product management or a similar administrative/coordination function.
Alternatively, relevant office-based experience from a comparable role.
Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
High attention to detail to ensure accurate, high-quality outputs and issue resolution.
Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple demands and meet deadlines.
Proactive collaboration skills to build relationships, communicate clearly, and drive alignment.

Familiarity with systems such as SAP or 3DX are an asset.
