- Lead the overall performance of the business, delivering objectives for growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, quality, and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute business strategies, annual operating plans, and long-range growth initiatives.
- Drive revenue growth through customer development, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate international business activities, customer relationships, market development efforts, and cross-functional collaboration across global regions.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team that fosters accountability, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain executive relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead product portfolio and innovation strategies to support customer needs, market competitiveness, and long-term business growth.
- Ensure manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, and operational strategies deliver superior quality, delivery performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Provide financial leadership through effective management of budgets, capital investments, cash flow, and operating performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, security, quality, safety, and company requirements.
- Champion a culture of customer focus, continuous improvement, employee engagement, and alignment with ASSA ABLOY values.
- Represent Sargent & Greenleaf within the High Security Group and ASSA ABLOY, contributing to broader organizational initiatives and strategic objectives.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility in manufacturing, engineered products, security products, industrial technology, or similarly complex businesses.
- Demonstrated success driving business growth, operational excellence, and organizational development.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in technical, regulated, or customer-critical environments.
- Strong strategic, financial, operational, and commercial leadership capabilities.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% to support customers, business development activities, operations, leadership meetings, and strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence stakeholders within a matrixed global organization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
