Amarr is seeking an ambitious Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met. This role involves people leadership, team development, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced production environment.

Ansvarsområden

Lead daily production activities, coordinating work and ensuring output meets safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
Monitor production performance, address bottlenecks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Provide daily leadership, coaching, and training to production team members to foster engagement, accountability, and skill development.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and support operational goals.
Identify and implement improvement opportunities related to safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction, supporting Lean and 5S initiatives.

Krav

High School Diploma or GED.
3-5 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership or lead-operator responsibilities.
Strong understanding of production workflows, safety practices, and quality standards.
Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with ERP/production systems.
Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work instructions, and basic technical documentation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours as required.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Associate degree or technical training.
Background in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement.
Understanding of basic mechanical troubleshooting.
