Renault Trucks in Dunstable is seeking a Fleet Service Co-ordinator with strong administrative and organizational skills. The role involves monitoring vehicle service schedules, coordinating maintenance, managing RFL renewals, and maintaining records in Fleet Master. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, with a salary up to £30,000.

Ansvarsområden

Monitor vehicle service schedules and issue timely service reminders.
Liaise with service and repair providers, coordinating maintenance activities and raising purchase orders.
Manage the Road Fund Licence (RFL) renewal process.
Upload and maintain vehicle, service, and compliance documentation within Fleet Master and customer management portals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Fleet Master.
Administer and process Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
Support proactive customer communications regarding vehicle maintenance and compliance.
Manage Smart Check (vehicle defects) reporting and administration.
Carry out general administrative duties, including handling post and filing.
Process and reconcile vehicle rental billing.

Krav

Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Aptitude to learn in-house business systems and technologies.
Experience within the motor trade, vehicle contract hire, fleet management, or transport industry is desirable.
