We are seeking a Field Service Team Manager in Kempton Park, South Africa, to lead a team of service engineers across Eastern and Southern Africa. This role involves ensuring operational capability, excellent customer experience, and meeting market demands through focused leadership and continuous improvement.

Ansvarsområden

Lead the Service transformation in a team of Field Service Engineers for decanters, high-speed separators, and heat exchangers.
Maintain operational capability while balancing customer, business, and team needs.
Ensure excellent customer experience and meet service market demands.
Secure a strong QHSE culture within the team.
Provide direction and ensure a strong customer-oriented mindset in team performance.
Ensure FSEs with the correct skills are selected for complex jobs in cooperation with coordinators.
Ensure the team is equipped with the right, fit-for-purpose tools.
Develop, motivate, and coach direct reports, securing proper competence development.
Manage basic performance issues within the team appropriately and quickly.
Conduct FSE employee reviews, including competence profile and skills matrix updates.
Ensure effective management of people in remote areas.
Ensure proper handover of jobs for invoicing on time.
Implement continuous efficiency improvements utilizing innovative processes and technologies.
Lead change management to adapt to new market demands.
Implement and follow up on relevant KPIs to measure and improve performance.

Krav

Degree/diploma in Engineering or Similar.
At least 5 years of experience managing teams of technicians/engineers.
Strong experience in Service, maintenance, repair, and assistance processes.
Exceptional time management/organizational skills.
Strong Communication & Presentation Skills.
Solid Computer and Digital Competence.
