Ansvarsområden

Operate and maintain electrical distribution, HVAC, compressed air, water, drainage, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
Develop and implement maintenance plans; analyze failures and lead root-cause analysis.
Monitor capacity, utility demand, and equipment loading; identify risks, recommend upgrades, and support expenditure planning.
Manage work requests, emergency responses, maintenance records, drawings, standards, procedures, permits, and inspections.
Oversee contractors and vendors, including scope, quotations, scheduling, permits, safety, quality, contracts, and acceptance.
Ensure compliance with Taiwan regulations and company standards in electrical, building, fire, environmental, and safety activities.
Analyze and improve energy, water, and utility performance; set baselines and verify savings.
Execute production line or facility modifications, including requirements, cost, schedule, risk, coordination, testing, and handover.
Support factory expansion and major projects via design reviews, utility planning, coordination, commissioning, and handover.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Three to five years of experience in facilities or equipment maintenance
Skilled in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, or facility systems
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and root-cause analysis
Project management skills including scope, schedule, and cost control
Basic AutoCAD skills for facility drawings
Able to read technical documents and prepare engineering reports
Proficient in English for technical communication
Capable of supporting shutdowns, emergencies, and construction sites
