As a Facilities Team Leader at IKEA Bangna, you will ensure a safe, energy-saving, and sustainable environment for store operations. This role involves managing systems, equipment, and outsourced services, while also coaching team members to achieve operational excellence.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure assigned systems and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
Ensure outsourced companies comply with applicable regulations.
Handle emergency situations to minimize consequences and damages.
Prepare budgets for outsourced services contracts.
Monitor and supervise technicians and outsourced service companies.
Cooperate with other departments to meet and exceed targets.
Coach, support, and challenge team members for their growth.
Ensure all reports from technicians and outsourced companies are executed correctly and on time.

Krav

At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, repairs, and facility support.
Experience with Cooling towers & chiller, Waste water treatment, Transformer, MDB, DB, Machine and equipment installation.
Ability to work shifts.
Ability to work in a highly multicultural environment.
