HCLTech is seeking a Product Manager - AI Factory to define, own, and scale the AI Factory platform, encompassing AI infrastructure, platforms, and operating models for enterprises. This role is crucial for building a scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI Factory to enable autonomous AI at scale and translate AI infrastructure investments into measurable business value.

Ansvarsområden

Define and evolve the AI Factory vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Hybrid Cloud priorities, customer AI maturity, and technology trends.
Identify enterprise AI and GenAI use cases and translate them into standardized, reusable platform capabilities and repeatable AI workflows.
Drive product requirements for AI infrastructure, GPU platforms, Kubernetes orchestration, model training, inference, and serving stacks.
Establish reference architectures, deployment blueprints, and design patterns for consistent, secure AI Factory implementations.
Collaborate with CoE, architecture, security, and operations teams to translate vision into deliverables.
Align AI Factory capabilities with business outcomes, performance SLAs, ROI expectations, and real-world AI adoption challenges with sales and customers.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to adoption, optimization, and value realization.
Define commercialization and consumption models, including pricing strategies and capacity constructs.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with OEMs (Dell, HPE, VMware, Nutanix etc.) and ISVs.
Facilitate readiness and availability of GTM propositions and offering maps, coordinating with Marketing.
Oversee creation and formalization of case studies into GTM collateral.
Gather insights on industry developments and analyze competitor strategies.
Collaborate with Sales Team (Hunting & Farming) on key focus areas & customer profiles.
Implement improvements to enhance collateral effectiveness and relevance.
