Accenture is seeking experienced BMC Helix Engineers/Specialists to join their Infra Transformation Team in the Nordics. This full-time, mid-level role involves working with large, complex IT environments to build, improve, and run BMC Helix solutions, focusing on areas like AIOps, CMDB, ITSM, and integrations.

Ansvarsområden

Help clients build, improve, and run BMC Helix solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Work directly with client teams on Operations & AIOps (event management, monitoring, alert correlation, anomaly detection, root cause analysis).
Engage in Platform engineering (upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, performance optimization).
Focus on CMDB & Discovery (Service Mapping, data quality, integrations).
Configure and improve ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, request, knowledge management).
Develop integrations and automation connecting Helix with other systems.
Create operational insight through dashboards, analytics, and automation.

Krav

3+ years of experience in IT operations, ITSM, observability, or enterprise platform engineering.
Hands-on BMC Helix or BMC Remedy experience in an enterprise environment.
Strong expertise in at least one BMC area (ITSM, Operations Management, AIOps, Discovery, CMDB, HelixGPT).
Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flow between systems.
Confidence to solve technical problems independently.
Ability to work closely with clients and colleagues.
Good working English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Elastic, AppDynamics or other observability platforms.
Experience with HelixGPT, Generative AI or AI-enabled IT operations.
Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ITSM platforms.
Experience with Python, PowerShell, Shell or other automation and scripting.
Experience with Linux/Unix, Windows, cloud infrastructure or virtualisation.
Experience with Kubernetes, containers or cloud-native environments.
Experience in Telecommunications or other large-scale enterprise environments.
