Scania seeks driven individuals for its 15-month Young Potential Trainee Program in Production, starting August 23rd, 2027, in Södertälje. The program offers full-time employment, four international rotations, leadership training, and mentorship to foster growth in sustainable transport solutions.

Ansvarsområden

Embark on a 15-month journey of growth, leadership, and global experience.
Gain hands-on experience through four 2–3 month assignments in diverse departments, including cross-brand collaboration and a Scania Distributor rotation.
Develop your leadership mindset through nine weeks of immersive leadership training.
Work on real-world challenges and build lasting connections with peers across the organization.
Receive personalized support and insights from a dedicated mentor.
Strengthen teamwork and broaden your perspective through joint initiatives with your trainee year group.
Shape your own path with the support of your mentor and managers.

Krav

Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related areas within the area of Production.
Have graduated between 2025 and the summer of 2027.
Have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience within your field of studies at the start of the program.
Speak and write English fluently.
Be an EU/EES citizen or hold a permanent residence permit in Sweden.

Curiosity, openness, and a positive attitude toward learning and applying AI.
Other languages are seen as an advantage.
Previous leadership experience in student unions, sports clubs, housing associations or similar organizations is highly appreciated.
Experience working part-time in areas such as project management, event coordination, or customer service is also a strong asset.
