As a Digital Solution Specialist for the AI Workforce focusing on the Spanish Market, you will be responsible for driving AI, Copilot, and Security solutions within Microsoft's Global Enterprise Sales organization. This hybrid role requires collaboration with customers and internal teams to exceed sales targets and deliver customer value.
Ansvarsområden
- Collaborate with virtual team members to identify customer business needs and develop solutions.
- Proactively build an external stakeholder network to accelerate and close Modern Work opportunities.
- Deepen and broaden Microsoft’s relationships with Customer Business Decision Makers.
- Hunt new Modern Work opportunities by engaging with key business contacts.
- Understand customers’ business and technological priorities, governance, decision-making, and budgeting processes.
- Articulate the value proposition of Modern Work solutions.
- Collaborate with a network of internal partners on planning, orchestration, and execution of Modern Work opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Initiate conversations with Modern Work Business Decision Makers.
- Share best practices and key competitor knowledge across solution areas.
- Act as a subject matter expert to make recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal decisions.
- Collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, conduct compete planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
- Target high-potential customers and manage Modern Work solutions across your accounts.
Krav
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience OR equivalent experience.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Solution sales or consulting services sales experience or selling cloud services to large/global customers
- Experience in driving end-to-end sales with enterprise customers, leveraging all sales programs available
- Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and cloud platform competitor landscape
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage competing priorities and work effectively with high levels of autonomy and self-direction in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic teaming environment
Förmåner
- Typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is €49,200.00 - €71,400.00 per year.
- Typical base pay range for this role across Spain is €38,000.00 - €59,700.00 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
