This hybrid role involves project-based assignments focused on RPA, designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom automation solutions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience in RPA development and automation tools.

Ansvarsområden

Deliver automated processes focusing on RPA through project-based assignments.
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for process automation.
Implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify opportunities, gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy.
Troubleshoot major bugs/defects and assist junior developers.
Introduce and test new technologies to improve RPA and other automation tool capabilities.
Create automation sequences supporting specific tasks or processes, with a heavy emphasis on RPA development.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar.
3-4 years of relevant work experience in software development, tools, and process automation, particularly in RPA Development.
Proficient in automation tools and platforms, including Office 365 applications (Flow, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
Deep knowledge of Integrated Administrative and Productivity Tools.
Hands-on troubleshooting and response experience.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
