Qualcomm is hiring a Design Engineer in Hod Hasharon, Israel, to join their Engineering Group. This role involves defining, modeling, designing, optimizing, and verifying IP for high-performance products. The ideal candidate will have a BS/MS in Physics or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of VLSI design experience, preferably with networking chips.
Ansvarsområden
- Work with the Architecture team on the module’s definition.
- Design micro-architecture and implement it.
- Work closely with the verification team.
- Work closely with the PD team.
- Optimize the design for the lowest power consumption.
- Run QA checks like lint checks, CDC checks and GLS.
- Work with teams abroad.
- Work on cutting edge technologies and processes.
Krav
- BS, MS in Physics, Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of VLSI design experience.
- Experience with networking chips is considered an advantage.
- Very good English skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
- Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
- PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.
