I korthet

As a Microsoft Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician (DIAT), you will manage cycle audits, incoming/outgoing deliveries, and document all transactions. This role involves coordinating security escorts, initiating warranty claims, processing returns for failed equipment, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking to support Microsoft's global cloud infrastructure.

Ansvarsområden

Perform cycle audits and data corrections to ensure inventory controls are met.
Execute incoming and outgoing deliveries and document them accurately.
Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process returns for failed hardware.
Assist in reconciling and reporting inventory discrepancies.
Perform detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
Ensure destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) following company policies and SLAs.
Comply with all security and data management policies.
Embody company culture and values.

Krav

College degree AND 6 months experience or an internship in inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field, OR equivalent experience.
Fluent in Korean: reading, writing, and speaking.

Önskade kvalifikationer

1+ years experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, IT, and/or logistics.
Experience operating heavy-load movement equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks, chassis lifts) for a large corporation.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
