Emerson is looking for a Data Analytics Co-Op to assist with designing data analytics from control processes and developing automated routines for data collection and pre-processing. Ansvarsområden

  • Assist in designing test systems, data architecture, and data analytics from control processes.
  • Develop and implement automated routines for data collection, pre-processing, and integrity checks.
  • Collaborate with research and data science teams to perform exploratory data analytics.
  • Contribute to planning & road mapping new features and functionality.
  • Support agile teams in developing and improving AI models.
  • Create reports and metrics to drive more efficient initiatives.
  • Document and present progress/results to stakeholders and other teams.
  • Assist with other project activities as assigned.

Krav

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related engineering or science field.
  • SQL and Python skills and experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • Junior or Senior Standing.
  • C#, C++, Java or other object-oriented programming skills.
  • Experience in data collection, pre-processing, and relational database models.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with data visualization, management, and storage tools.
