Ansvarsområden

Process and expedite customer orders and quotes via phone, fax, or email.
Provide assistance with technical support.
Support Quality Control with customer returns and complaints.
Perform routine customer service tasks.
Scan customer orders and ship prints.
Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and additional information.
Check inventory control file for available stock.
Solicit sale of new or additional merchandise.
Compute price, discount, and delivery date.
Record special shipping, packing, or labeling requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Krav

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
1-3 years experience or related training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A pleasant, enthusiastic, well-spoken individual with a flawless dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Applies basic skills to perform simple activities.
Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others.
Uses standard operating procedures to guide own work and solve standard problems.
Uses communication skills to exchange information.
Use assigned methods, tools and processes.
Support sharing of best practices.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds at times.
