We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers of a leading energy provider remotely from Portugal. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, offering solutions with empathy and professionalism.

Ansvarsområden

Handle customer contacts in German via phone, chat, and email.
Understand customer needs and provide clear, effective solutions.
Manage inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
Investigate issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Work closely with the team to improve processes and share best practices.

Krav

C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in German.
Confident communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple tools.
Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility and openness to learning in a fast-changing environment.
Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Good time management to meet quality and performance targets.

Förmåner

Full-time contract.
Attractive fixed salary composed of base salary (x14), language bonus, project bonus and meal allowance.
Full and paid training of approximately three weeks.
Monday to Friday schedule, from 08:00 to 17:00.
