We are seeking an English-speaking Technical Support Representative with strong problem-solving skills to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat to clients in the consumer electronics and digital solutions industry.

Ansvarsområden

Support a global technology leader in the Nordic region.
Deliver innovative consumer electronics, mobile devices, and digital solutions.
Provide an excellent customer experience by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, or chat.
Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge, and learn together with colleagues.
Work rotational shifts; morning and night shifts start at 8 AM and end no later than 10 PM.

Krav

C1/B2 written and spoken proficiency in English.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening.
Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt, and respond to change.
Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience.
