We are seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative for the Danish Market, based in Porto, Portugal. This full-time, on-site role involves providing B2B and B2C customer support via inbound calls, email, and chat, with a 24/7 shift rotation. Ansvarsområden

Providing B2B and B2C customer support through multiple channels
Primarily resolving inquiries via inbound calls
Performing backoffice tasks, including responding to emails and chats, and using internal applications
Providing support for multiple products across multiple markets

Krav

C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Danish
B2 level or above written and spoken proficiency in English
Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays included)
Availability to work by shift rotation on a 24/7 schedule
Good computer skills
Ability to generate empathy in written form
Analytical mindset to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
Ability to manage time and meet goals
