Ericsson is seeking a Customer Security Manager in Düsseldorf, Germany, to ensure the successful delivery of information security and meet contractual requirements. This role involves strong internal and external stakeholder management to provide first-class customer service and support customers in achieving their security objectives.

Ansvarsområden

Support customers in achieving their security objectives.
Regularly report contractual security compliance to the Account team.
Create strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Act as the security point of contact for the Account team, managing the security relationship between Ericsson and the Customer.
Lead regular security governance forums with the customer, providing updates on contractual compliance, raising operational issues, and promoting security.
Manage security policy governance across the account, including the supply chain, ensuring all security risks are known and managed.
Align customer UK Telecom Security Act (TSA) requirements with the Customer Security Director and Telecoms Security Act programme.
Coordinate security incident, event, and vulnerability communication with the Customer.
Direct the Account team and support business units on appropriate good security practice.
Work with the customer to interpret and comply with all contractual security obligations.
Operate an effective security awareness programme, ensuring all personnel are aware of security obligations and hold relevant security clearances.
Provide tactical and strategic security initiatives support to the Account team.

Krav

5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a telecommunications environment or another highly regulated industry.
3 years of Information Security experience working in a security team or delivering security projects in a telecommunications environment, or similar experience in security product development or a network/operational security role for a service provider or operator.
Understanding of security legislation in the UK and/or EU.
Knowledge of telecom products, technologies, and terminologies.
Outstanding communication skills, adapting to a variety of customer and cultural environments.
Ability to understand, translate, and simplify complex situations.
Programme and/or project skills.
