Ansvarsområden

Ensure customers have a memorable shopping experience for repeat business.
Handle and resolve customer difficulties, especially with IKEA product assembly, and exchange component parts.
Develop strong knowledge of all items to handle customer inquiries positively and quickly.
Escalate higher issues with relevant information to a manager.
Ensure the IKEA store is a safe and secure environment at all times.
Understand and use the IKEA Concept, global solutions, tools, and working methods.

Krav

Experience working in a customer-service role and a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
Strong team player who values togetherness, is committed, and possesses a strong customer service mindset.
Able to remain calm and controlled and provide solutions when faced with customers in stressful situations.
Able to handle stress and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Must be computer literate.
