Ericsson is seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager in Kiev, Ukraine, to oversee Network Management (OSS) projects. The role involves full project accountability, focusing on execution, financial performance, and customer satisfaction, requiring strong communication and project controls skills.

Ansvarsområden

Manage complex Network Management (OSS) projects from design through acceptance.
Collaborate with local and global teams to meet project timelines and improve profitability.
Act as the primary customer-facing point of contact in Ukraine.
Identify, track, and manage project dependencies and risks.
Own and manage change control processes.
Own financial performance, focusing on protecting Unadjusted Margin targets.
Maintain data accuracy and produce reliable reporting.
Ensure full compliance with legal, financial, data security, privacy, and Health & Safety directives.

Krav

5+ years of experience as a Customer Project Manager with demonstrated success in Project Management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams by setting clear goals, developing talent, and delivering results.
Strong communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at both working and executive levels.
Solid understanding of project financials, team coordination, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with OSS / Network Management Systems (ENM, ENIQ), Orchestration (EO), and SMO (EIAP, EIC).

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with Tier 1 customers is a plus.
Familiarity with Ericsson Sales and Delivery processes, tools, and deployment methodologies is an advantage.
