Amazon's Centralized Timekeeping team is seeking an Associate (S) to handle employee inquiries regarding time and attendance, perform accurate data entry, and ensure compliance with HR policies and laws. This role involves taking ownership of employee cases, documenting process improvements, and working in a confidential environment.

Ansvarsområden

Resolve employee inquiries about time and attendance & HR queries through phone and chat support.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry for attendance management.
Maintain detailed records in the service case management system.
Apply Amazon's attendance policies and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Address HR queries using standard operating procedures and documentation.
Take full ownership of employee cases from initial contact to resolution.
Document process gaps and suggest service improvements.
Communicate clearly in English through both verbal and written channels.
Contribute to team initiatives for service enhancement.
Maintain a strong focus on customer service.
Report directly to the Time and Attendance Manager or designated Point of Contact.

Krav

6+ months of human resources experience
6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
Experience in confidential environments
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.)
