Handle time-related queries and provide support across the Amazon network through voice and non-voice channels.
Perform regular data auditing and maintain system accuracy.
Ensure compliance with Amazon's attendance policies and applicable laws.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and process redesign initiatives.
Support broader HR Services team objectives and cross-functional collaboration.
Execute additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the team manager.

6+ months of human resources experience
6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
6+ months of customer service experience
Bachelor's degree
