Ansvarsområden
- Maintain critical datacenter infrastructure, ensuring its continuous operation.
- Perform basic monitoring, inspection, and various types of maintenance.
- Troubleshoot equipment and systems, documenting issues and ensuring settings are consistent.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and security requirements, including JHAs and toolbox talks.
- Escort and coordinate third-party contractors, ensuring work is performed safely and to scope.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures (MOPs, SOPs, DMOPs).
- Safely respond to and stabilize abnormal facility conditions using emergency operating procedures.
- Operate and monitor systems using the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Perform physical inspections of critical environment equipment (controls, HVAC, mechanical systems).
- Provide coaching to less experienced technicians.
Krav
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to meet Microsoft Cloud Background Check requirements.
- Authorization to work in the United States without future employer sponsorship.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel less than 25% of the time.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Associate's Degree or technical trade certification (e.g., military, trade school) OR High School Diploma, GED, equivalent AND 1+ year(s) technical services experience in critical infrastructure environments (e.g., data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceuticals).
- Familiarity with methods of operating procedures (MOPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and digital methods of operating procedures (DMOPs).
- Hands-on understanding of how equipment works within trained disciplines (electrical, mechanical, controls).
- Experience with internal computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
