Securitas seeks an experienced Country President for Singapore to lead all organizational aspects, focusing on growth, compliance, and sustainability. The role involves strategic leadership, commercial excellence, business transformation, talent development, and external relations, reporting to the COO, AMEA.

Ansvarsområden

Oversee all aspects of the organization in Singapore, ensuring smooth operations and profitability.
Define the country's strategy and business plan, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Foster a culture of performance focused on commercial excellence by setting objectives and inspiring results.
Drive Securitas strategy with a growing margin and diverse business mix, leading business and digital transformation programs.
Promote talent management as a core part of leadership and foster a corporate culture based on ethics, collaboration, accountability, and performance.
Develop relationships with authorities and government bodies, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Position the business externally as a thought leader and positive contributor to society.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or finance; a master’s in a related field is advantageous.
Broad general management experience with strategic, market/client focus and operational performance skills.
Experience in services sectors within large organizations.
Leadership in cross-functional and matrix organizations for both local and international customers.
Proven leadership in transformation processes.
Knowledge of multi-site B2B services from commercial and operational perspectives.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution effectively.
Strong commercial and business development acumen, with a proven track record of driving sales performance, winning strategic opportunities, and delivering profitable growth.
Natural leader and communicator who engages quickly, fosters collaboration, builds strong relationships, and inspires others.
Proven commercial drive with a focus on client orientation and long-term relationships.
Skilled at developing stakeholder relationships to position the company well in the public space.
Innovative, curious, tech-savvy, and open to new business opportunities and technologies.
Energy and determination to lead organizational change.
High integrity, clear values, and ethical behaviour.
Fluent in Business English.
Holding a Security Agency Licence, or being eligible to obtain one, is obligatory.

Experience managing large workforces across multiple sites is preferred.
