Seco Tools is seeking a Controller for its manufacturing operation in Reynoldsville, PA. This role leads financial management, reporting, cost control, and provides financial insight for strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over five years of experience in a lead or management role.

Ansvarsområden

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis.
Monitor manufacturing costs, profitability, and trends, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Provide management with financial analysis and insight.
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Oversee cash flow, working capital optimization, and financial risk assessment.
Oversee financial ERP systems, data integration, reporting, costing, process improvement, and automation.
Lead, coach, and develop accounting, finance, and cost-control teams.
Collaborate across functions to support operational and financial performance.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience.
Five or more years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Data analysis skills and experience.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Flexible thinking and adaptability.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, financial analysis tools, and accounting software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
