Accenture is seeking a Contract Specialist to join their Legal and Commercial Services team. This mid-level, full-time role involves supporting contract management across various projects and geographies, identifying and resolving commercial risks, and assisting with pre-award sales activities and contract drafting. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Ansvarsområden

Support contract management teams across projects and accounts.
Work with account leadership, client commercial, and business stakeholders to understand client needs and priorities.
Collaborate with contract management staff across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies.
Support the identification, escalation, and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues.
Assist with pre-award sales activities, including deal shaping and contractual outcomes with sales teams and business leadership.
Provide contract drafting support.
Act as a client-facing representative to build trusted relationships with client counterparts.

Krav

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a contract manager.
Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels of the organization.
Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices, and commercial contracting terms and conditions.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Member of World Commerce and Contracting (previously International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM)) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and/or professional certification considered a plus.
