Tetra Pak seeks a Communications Analyst in Bogotá, Colombia, to support marketing communications initiatives across Latin America, focusing on Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Central America. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing regional communications activities, managing digital channels, content, PR, and events, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance audience engagement.

Ansvarsområden

Support the development and execution of marketing communications initiatives across Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Central America), ensuring alignment with regional business objectives.
Monitor and oversee social media channels, paid media activities, and content marketing initiatives in partnership with external agencies and vendors.
Track, analyze, and report communications key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rate, CTR, PR value, MQLs, email open rates, and website traffic.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance and audience engagement.
Coordinate communications, public relations, digital marketing, and marketing communications projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution, budget control, and alignment with regional priorities.
Create, edit, and publish communication materials, articles, and digital content in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop, plan, and execute customer events across the region, ensuring effective coordination and high-quality delivery.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Practical experience in communications, digital marketing, social media, or related areas, preferably supporting multiple markets or regional initiatives.
Working knowledge of paid media, digital campaigns, social media management, content marketing, and communications performance measurement.
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and media planning practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor, interpret, and communicate communications performance metrics and insights.
Fluent English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions, markets, and cultures.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer
