Ansvarsområden
- Support daily operations and ensure smooth collaboration with internal and external service partners.
- Monitor and analyze performance data from IT systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with IKEA IT tools for service fulfilment operations to understand the fulfilment engine.
- Contribute to cost and capacity planning.
- Help develop tools, templates, and routines for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and share insights.
Krav
- Currently studying Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to dive into data.
- Comfortable working with IT tools and systems.
- Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams and with external partners.
- Proactive and organized, with a drive to improve processes and deliver results.
- Skilled in identifying root causes and implementing structured solutions.
- Excited to work in a customer-centric environment.
- Available for a 12-week internship, with at least 2 days/week in the office.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
